dizzyspider.com is made up of two people--my wife Michele and myself, Tom. I produce web sites as a sideline business. I have a full time job on top of this. Creating websites is one of my favorite things to do.

I've been producing websites for almost 10 years. I'm self-trained. I started my first website in order to sell my house by owner. I bought the domain name, which was the address of my house, and stuck it on a For Sale sign in my yard. While I didn't end up selling my house by owner, I did have a lot of hits to the website. When we ended up listing our house by realtor, they took over advertising and I was left without a website to play with. Fast forward to today--now I maintain about 15 websites in total. My personal growth in website development is great considering I started without any formal training. I continually try to take on a new aspect of web development and work with it until I have a good handle on it. Currently I deal with non-profit organizations, small and medium sized businesses.
